Tracking Questions
If no one is available to sign, Royal Mail will leave a card with options to rebook delivery, collect from your local delivery office, or have it left in a safe place if you've authorised this.
Tracking can sometimes pause for 4–8 hours while your parcel is in transit between sorting facilities. This is completely normal. If there's no update for more than 24 hours, please contact us at delivery@oxshire.co.uk and we'll investigate with Royal Mail immediately.
If your order is still at our studio (before courier collection), we can update the address. Once it's with Royal Mail, you'll need to use Royal Mail's redirect service. Contact us as soon as possible at support@oxshire.co.uk and we'll help however we can.
First, check with neighbours or any safe places around your property. Check if a card was left. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us and we'll open an investigation with Royal Mail. Under our guarantee, if your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Yes. If a delivery card has been left, it will have the address of your local delivery office. Bring the card and a form of ID. Parcels are held for 18 days. You can also rebook delivery or nominate a safe place via the Royal Mail website.
Absolutely. We pack every order in our rigid matte black gift box, sealed inside a protective outer mailer that's clearly fragile-labelled. All Royal Mail Tracked orders include £20 compensation as standard. If anything arrives damaged, our 12-month guarantee means we replace it immediately.
